Is the DPMS high or low profile?

I called Cry Havoc and spoke with Jim the owner. He stated that this fits the Aero Precision M5 upper making it HIGH profile. He also stated that it will work with both the QD or std barrel attachment.

It was hard to find one that size, so this one fit perfect. The ones that I had found before look like they just straight out cut them from the front. Not nice at all. And this one is nice and clean and you’re able to put attachments

I don’t know what receiver this hand guard was made for but the pic rail doesn’t match the receiver and the sides are off center with the sides of the receiver about an eighth inch. Optics planet didn’t give me an option to return it.

Although it looks great, the handguard rail sits slightly higher than the upper receiver top rail, which is quite noticeable. I purchased it because it was the only 6 inch option available online.
